Recently, I learned about and picked out several organic white and red wines to try.

One Californian 2016 Cottonwood Creek white wine was lively and fruity, and the 2 Italian white wine blends: the Roncalla Vino Bianco and Calvari Organic White Blends were terrific with organic vegetarian farm to table organic meals. Their luscious floral aromas paired well with my globally flavored dishes. Even with appetizers like my homemade sourdough bread and local, goat cheeses, these wines were tasty and fun to drink.

Delicious with vegetarian, gluten free and vegan dinners and main course salads. Whether it be Asian rice and veggies cooked with coconut oil, garlic and ginger, or a seasonal main course Italian Pasta and Veggie dish with aromatic herbs like thyme, basil and oregano, I was pleased with the way the wines complemented the meals. My Seasonal Vegetable and Shiitake Mushroom Risotto, was a natural pleasure with wine.

Everyone, young and old, men and women, who enjoyed those dinners with me agreed that these wines are very good.

Best of all the wines were accurately described and I look forward to tasting the organic red varieties soon.
