Team Building Hands on Cooking Classes/Come for Lunch or Dinner

Looking for a fun, healthy, delicious way to bond with your office team, and get to know your co-workers?

My private hands on cooking classes have become a popular experience for small and large groups.

Here are some of the delicious menus, I have created with clients to satisfy their dietary preferences and create a sweet and satisfying meal with the local, organic, seasonal, harvest.

This Lunch menu is Vegan and Gluten Free:

  • Coconut Curry Lentil Vegetable Soup
  • Pasta with Cashew Alfredo Sauce
  • Cranberry Pecan Fruit Crisp

This Dinner Menu is Vegetarian and from all the choices I offered the team leader, they chose Gluten Free dishes and the team loved Cooking with Spices:

  • Coconut Curry Lentil Vegetable Soup
  • Tempeh with Mediterranean Marinated Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Kale, Capers, Olives, and Goat Feta Cheese
  • Ginger Coconut Rice with Cranberries

Both of these menus, the teams chose the 3 hour private cooking class option and enjoyed eating the meal at my place.
