After teaching a private cooking class on Zoom focused on sauces to make delicious tofu and tempeh dishes, I made this tasty tofu scramble with seasonal veggies, turmeric, and nutritional yeast.
To eat the rainbow and add to the yum, I served it with organic garden fresh, sliced, tomatoes topped with hemp seed pesto.
As the seasons change, I would like to encourage you to go wild in your kitchen mixing and matching seasonal organic veggies with herbs and spices for infinite year round variations.
