AKA, Nori rice rolls are the perfect party appetizer; amazing on-the-go-lunch or snack. Using a rainbow of veggies such as; carrots, beets, red cabbage, and baby greens offer more than a wide range of nutrients; they also create a beautiful mosaic pattern when sliced. Best of all, they are fun to eat all year round. Spend 3 hours with The Organic Gourmet Chef, Leslie Cerier learning the art of mix and match, and rolling your own nutritionally balanced pleasure! Leslie will also introduce you to some exotic, quick cooking, organic rices. She will show you how to prepare your rolls with infinite tasty choices, such as; yam fries, ginger stir fried veggies, omelet strips, crispy shiitake mushrooms or you can go raw with quick marinated salads, sliced avocado, naturally fermented pickles, curry sauerkraut, sesame and hemp seeds, just to name a few. Nourish the body, delight the senses and feed your creative soul making vegetarian sushi. We will feast on what we make for our lunch.
