Join Leslie Cerier, “The Organic Gourmet” renown farm to table vegetarian chef, cookbook author and cooking teacher for a hands-on cooking class featuring cooking tips, techniques, and recipes with our local organic harvest to cook a delicious break the fast Yom Kippur.
Participants will receive upon registration recipes, a list of ingredients, cookware, kitchen tools and utensils to follow along during the class to make Leslie Cerier’s recipes for Coconut Curry Lentil Vegetable Soup, Rice, and Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Honey Cheesecake made with Local Chèvre.
